We are looking for a marketing generalist with a desire to learn and grow with the company. The role will be assisting the COO across all current marketing initiatives, testing new paid opportunities, managing the content calendar and supporting all internal teams with marketing needs.
A typical week could look like: working on a prospecting email campaign to launch a product, partnering with the sales team to develop collateral for prospects, updating social media accounts with the latest industry news; writing blog posts, and collaborating with the PR team to publicize customer success stories.
Launch growth marketing tests across both paid and organic channels
Write, edit, and manage the production of content of all types (e.g. blog posts, website content, email sequences, paid search/social ads, social posts, one sheets, press releases, white papers, and webinars
Develop nurture campaigns and automated workflows in Hubspot
Oversee social media strategy and content calendar
Use data and analytics to continually measure the impact of content and optimize content marketing programs across all channels
Manage events/trade shows
Develop collateral to support sales teams
Manage PR deliverables in conjunction with agencies
Creating content for and deploying customer newsletters
Working with UX team on new web content
Proficient with Hubspot
4+ years of demonstrated results in a B2B marketing role
Proven experience developing GTM plans and driving business results
Excellent writing skills
Eye for design
Ability to work with and influence team members and leaders across the organization whose input is essential to the success of your plans
Experience balancing creative inspiration and insight and fact-based analytics
